• A person enters an area requiring a higher security clearance.
• A person is not wearing an IR Personnel Badge.
• A person is wearing an incorrect or unauthorized IR Personnel Badge.
• A person violates a Two Person Integrity Procedure.
• A person comes into the immediate proximity of an asset with an IR equipment badge that requires a higher security clearance.
